I am more concerned than ever with my own privacy and just having more control over how I interact with the world. This includes the way I use my computer. The sign ups, the subscriptions, the notifications, it's all too much now. It means I need to change my habits in order to say "NO"! to these various corporations and the helplessness, or plain apathy of the consumer base. Of which I am a member.
This has naturally led me to Linux. In turn I've been considering learning other skills like Python and the Linux command line. I am now trying to remember my survival HTML in order to make the page you are viewing now.
This will be potentially an ongoing page to track various thoughts on the learning experience. So far I have basically no skill at using the real power of Linux or even just owning a desktop computer in general. I am not saying I will become a hacker, but I would like to think that as the current regime expands it's evil march toward the final death, technological literacy will be a useful tool. Hold skynet off just a day longer...
The real goal with this site is to be a learning tool to make a better website or websites. To communicate ideas with my real chosen medium, Comics. I never intended to make a shitty blog, but that's all I can think to make. With ADHD this bad, you have to act sometimes or I'd end up making NO website while trying to decide what kind of website to make.
This all has very little to do with Linux and I realize that.
Thanks for stopping by.
